After inflation, simply sit the insulator on top of your inflatable hot tub in order to retain excess heat in the water between uses. It also keeps dust and debris out of your spa, so the water will stay clear and beautiful between cleanings for longer. Our insulator top makes a fine hot tub cover on its own, though if you already have your own cover, it will fit snugly underneath and they can work together to increase your tub’s heat efficiency even more.

If you choose our free shipping option,you can expect to receive your item curbside within 7-10 business days of your item shipping--oftentimes sooner. Our carriers will typically bring your chair to the front door for you--many of our chairs come in 2-3 boxes. Typical assembly requires attaching the armrests and the footrest the chair. Standard curbside delivery, expect you will need a helping hand from a friend with moving the chair into your home and to your desired location as many of our chairs are quite heavy. With this standard shipping the driver does not bring the product indoors.
If you choose white glove delivery, there will be an additional charge of $250 that you select at checkout. Your item will be delivered to your home, placed in the room of your choice exactly where you want it and set up. Because outside contractors are used for this service, your delivery time will be extended by typically one week. Also, if you have a difficult location (several stairs with challenging turns etc) please send us pictures so that we can make sure the delivery company is prepared for your situation. If they arrive and it requires a 3rd persons help, they will add an extra fee charge... we don't want you (or us) to have any surprises. Please consider if you will want or need white glove delivery as it is challenging and expensive to add after your order has been processed.

We will do everything possible to ensure that your item arrives in the same condition that it left the manufacturer. Any product damage or loss is the responsibility of the shipping company, please email us pictures of damaged packaging or product.
