The exterior cladding is designed to withstand severe climate conditions: the Nordic spruce wood is thermo-treated, brushed and painted. The walls, floor and roof are efficiently insulated and the solid roof construction can bear heavy loads of snow. All of these components together create a sauna with high thermal insulation properties and excellent durability. One of the best features of Natura is the modularity. In addition to the sauna cabin, there is a lounge module designed with the same size and look. One could install two saunas next to each other with a shared terrace or build various units from the sauna and the lounge. There are many combinations to create a cosy outdoor space, limited only by imagination.

Generally, smaller items will ship parcel service like FedEx, and larger items such as massage chairs will have a scheduled delivery through freight services including any premium shipping you select at checkout such as white glove delivery.

We will send tracking information by email the same day the shipping tracking number is created/available.

If you choose our free shipping option,you can expect to receive your item curbside within 7-10 business days of your item shipping--oftentimes sooner. Our carriers will typically bring your chair to the front door for you--many of our chairs come in 2-3 boxes. Typical assembly requires attaching the armrests and the footrest the chair. You can find installation videos available on our site and youtube channel.
Standard curbside delivery, expect you will need a helping hand from a friend with moving the chair into your home and to your desired location as many of our chairs are quite heavy. With this standard shipping the driver does not bring the product indoors.
If you choose white glove delivery, there will be an additional charge of $250 that you select at checkout. Your item will be delivered to your home, placed in the room of your choice exactly where you want it and set up. Because outside contractors are used for this service, your delivery time will be extended by typically one week. Also, if you have a difficult location (several stairs with challenging turns etc) please send us pictures so that we can make sure the delivery company is prepared for your situation. If they arrive and it requires a 3rd persons help, they will add an extra fee charge... we don't want you (or us) to have any surprises. Please consider if you will want or need white glove delivery as it is challenging and expensive to add after your order has been processed.

We will do everything possible to ensure that your item arrives in the same condition that it left the manufacturer. Any product damage or loss is the responsibility of the shipping company, please email us pictures of damaged packaging or product.
