SHIPPING & RETURNS

Once I place my order how long until I get a tracking number?

Usually, it will take 2-3 business days for orders to get processed, then we will email you your tracking number.

 

How long will it take to get my order?

Delivery can vary based on the delivery method you chose when checking out, but it typically takes about 4-7 business days after your item has been shipped to arrive to you. Transit times will vary depending on your location and if you select a white glove delivery method.

 

What is Curbside Delivery?

This is a standard delivery method and is free on any purchase from us. Curbside delivery means your item will arrive unassembled in its original factory boxes outside on your property. The trucking company will deliver the items to your driveway or entryway and you will be responsible for taking it inside your residence or business. You may want to ask a friend for their assistance the day of delivery to safely get your chair indoors.

 

What is White Glove Delivery?

White glove deliver means your item will be hand-delivered into your home or business and fully assembled. White glove delivery can add 1-5 days to the standard lead time of delivery. Choose the shipping method as White Glove Delivery if you want to add this service at checkout.

 

Will I get a call from the delivery company before my delivery day?

Yes, the delivery company will call you to schedule your delivery in most cases.

Do you ship overseas?

We only ship to the lower Contiguous United States at this time.

 

How do I return?

We need you to contact us by email before doing any returns. We have a few questions we must go over and need communication to be via email only.

Who do I contact if my product is having a issue?

In the rare event you have a problem with your chair, you can reach out to us by email  and we can put you in contact with the Manufacturer directly for help. They will be able to walk you through any issues or troubleshooting and will be able to schedule a technician if under warranty to come to you for any repairs or part replacements.

 

What does zero gravity mean?

It reclines your back, increasing the pitch of the seat base to become steeper. The legs will be raised to be at above heart level. Zero Gravity designed by NASA puts the least amount of stress on your back when lying down and also allows for better blood circulation.

 

What is a L-Track roller?

The L-Track massages from the neck & shoulders down through the glutes and in some models to the top of the hamstrings.

 

What is a S-Track Roller?

S-Track is the back-massage system that starts from the neck & shoulders down to the lower back near the tailbone area. The metal track that back massage rollers move on is curved in an S shape to contour the curves of the spine. The S-Track is very effective at keeping a consistent pressure throughout the back.

 

What is 3-D?

In 2D massage chairs, the rollers move up and down; left and right. In a 3D massage chair the rollers also move in and out creating a much more deep-tissue massage experience.

 

What is 4-D

A 4D massage chair takes the 3D robotic technology and adds in a speed variation component in order to really give you a life-life, deep tissue massage. Originally developed in Japan, engineers took an algorithm of 100s of massage therapists and mimicked their motions as they sped up and slowed down in certain areas. With a 4D chair, you have more adjustment and control then ever before.

 

What if I have a medical implant device?

Anyone with an implanted device such as a Pacemaker should not use a massage chair. These chairs generate an electrical field from the motors and could interfere with any implanted device.

 

What if I have a spine, back, or neck injury or a bodily condition or disorder?

Please consulting with your physician or surgeon and getting prior approval before using any massage chair or personal massage device. If you have any pre-existing conditions, you should always get medical approval before using a massage chair or any massage device.

 

Is there a warranty on massage chairs?

Yes, each chair will have information for that manufactures warranty in the description. You may also choose to add an extended warranty on at checkout.
