Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return of eligible products. (Certain brands are excluded and/or have restocking fees)
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and has its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt on file with our store.
To start a return, you can contact us at contact@purelyrelaxation.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Brands that do not allow returns (final sales): MSpa, Halotherapy Solutions, Airpura, Ledge Lounger custom order products and Malouf.
All products need to be returned as a unused items. Returns need a prior shipping label preapproval from manufacture first and the refund is subject to a 25% restocking charge. Clearlight brand charges a 25% restocking fee for all returns. Opened box and used sauna and spa products are not returnable.
Sauna blankets, Halo Pockets, and foot massagers are not returnable or refundable due to being a personal contact used item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (such as special orders, custom cushions for saunas), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Mspa spas are final sale and not returnable to Mspa warehouse.
We cannot accept returns on clearance items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Restocking Fees & Cancelation Fees
Orders cancelled before shipping have a 3% to 5% fee due to non refundable credit card transaction free. Saunas have a 25% restocking fee and must be unused in their original box. Shop Pay Installments has a 10% none refundable merchant fee for cancelled orders.
