It seems too flat out too much. I’m a side sleeper and it does not support my neck and head unless I flip it several times a night.
Second one of these I’ve owned and I can’t say enough good about this pillow. Comfortable and very breathable, keeps me cool all night.
I like the pillow and it works well.
Had Malouf before and loved them. This ones very different and is taking awhile to get used to. I'm happy so far.
Pillow is not cold at all
We currently have these Malouf pillows and purchased two more because we love them. The shoulder pillow is great.
The lavender spray vile was nearly empty, like it evaporated or leaked. Not happy.

We really love our Sanctuary 2 ! We had a very good sales experience with Purely Relaxation. We received the Sauna 5 days after the initial order. The shipping company driver was right on time and he was able to wheel it right into our garage. My wife and I set it up in under 2 hours and it has been working flawlessly. It's heats up to temp very quickly and provides a soothing comfort that we both enjoy.

It’s a perfect fit for side sleeping and I love the cooling gel.
I purchased a 2 person outdoor Clearlight Sanctuary Sauna from Purely relaxation and the process was wonderful. Purely Relaxation communication was great throughout the whole process. My family absolutely loves the sauna. It was drop shipped to my driveway and installed the very next day in a few hours. Since installation, I think someone in the family has used it every day. The additional and optional red-light panel is an added plus. All the health benefits of both the sauna and the red-light a truly a blessing.

This is my second carbon cool pillow. After having rotator cuff surgery, I needed a shoulder cut out. I love the pillow but this one had a weird chemical odor that my first one didn't have. I purchased my first one at a furniture store. Not sure why this one had such an odor. I spray it with Febreze and it seems to be dissipating. That's why I didn't give it five stars.
The malouf pillow is so comfortable. I absolutely love this pillow ! This is my 4th malouf pillow!

Well made, high quality sauna. Sales and Customer service excellent. Connecting to an app was a little challenging but works great now. Very happy so far with the choice.

I really like it and it does make a difference. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is two nit picky items. 1. Not fond of the plastic caps. I thought for the price, the caps could have been titanium or stainless. 2. It does take a bit of fine tuning to get just the right amount of salt to get a good flow of the salt particles per the videos. Other than that I really like it and seems to be helping me.

I love this pillow. It replaced an older version of the Malouf Carbon pillow I bought 7 years. This one has keep me cool at night. It does have a weird smell to it, but I'm hoping it wears off. My old pillow did not smell like this ever, so I'm it's coming from the anti-cooling material in the center of the pillow, which my old pillow didn't have. Otherwise, they're basically the same pillow.
I suffer from Lupus and Fibromyalgia and I can't tell you how much I love this product in just one word. This is a life changing thing for me! It helps me stay cool and pain free while I sleep! I am a side sleeper and could never find a pillow good enough. I have tried several and this is absolutely the best out there! I highly recommend your pillows!
Love this pillow, the only thing I don’t love is why do I have to keep repurchasing because it loses its shape and I start getting neck pain again. But otherwise I love it, I’ve probably bought 2 a year for last 4 years
