Generally, smaller items will ship parcel service like FedEx, and larger items such as massage chairs will have a scheduled delivery through freight services including any premium shipping you select at checkout such as white glove delivery. We will send tracking information by email the same day the shipping tracking number is created/available.
We will do everything possible to ensure that your item arrives in the same condition that it left the manufacturer. Any product damage or loss is the responsibility of the shipping company, please email us pictures of damaged packaging or product. |
